Dr. Holly DeBuys, MD

Holly DeBuys, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist who joins Arlington Center for Dermatology after previously working in a multi-specialty practice in Charlotte, North Carolina.

She received her B.E. from Vanderbilt University, graduating Cum Laude with a double major in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics. She worked as an electrical engineer with Tennessee Valley Authority before confirming her call to medicine.

Dr. DeBuys completed medical school at The University of Alabama School of Medicine and her internal medicine internship at UAB in Birmingham, Alabama. She finished her dermatology residency training at The George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, D.C. and specializes in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.

The Charlotte City Magazine recognized her in a medical peer review list as a dermatology “Top Doctor” for 2007 and 2008.
